PORTA INN bentencho

I stayed 4 nights in the twin room. There's also a microwave & washing machine available for use. They also provide free amenities in the lobby for guests to use, the most popular were special scented bath salts that either turned the bath blue or pink! Room was a good size and had a great view of the nearest JR train station, Bentencho. I love the room configuration a lot! There's a sliding door to separate the bedroom from the entrance way & bathroom. The table in the room is the perfect length so that you have enough space to do makeup/eat yet it won't get in the way. There was also lots of space to hang clothes & store luggage. The lighting is also great since its not too bright. Although you can hear the trains a little bit & sirens if any ambulances drive by, i was still happy with the low level of noise considering its right next to the station. There's a 7 eleven just around the corner, a gym open 24/7, and if you like onsens, the Solaniwa Onsen Osaka Bay Tower is just a 10min walk away. Location wise, its in close proximity to Universal studios (20mins by JR line) & the Osaka aquarium kaiyukan (20mins by subway) so definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit those attractions! A direct train to Nara can also be caught at the Bentencho station and will take around 45-50mins! Can't stress enough about how easy it was to travel to these locations from this hotel. Overall I stayed at 9 different hotels all around Japan (even at a marriott hotel!) but this was my favourite, so will definitely stay here again!

Good breakfast with miso and corn soup as well as a variety of onigiris and breads. Yakult too! They allow guests to bring up the breakfast to the room. Spacious. Feels clean. Lots of eateries (didn't get to try out though) around with convenience stores too. Just a stone's throw away there's the train station.

We recently stayed at Park Inn in Osaka from May 17 to May 21 for a vacation trip, and overall, we had a great experience. Location: The hotel is super close to Bentencho Station, which made it incredibly convenient to travel around Osaka and visit various attractions. Room: The room was surprisingly big and well-equipped with electric sockets, perfect for charging all our devices. Service: The staff were really nice and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Amenities: The hotel features an amazing rooftop area on the 14th floor, offering stunning views of Osaka city. They also have a washing area located on the 8th floor, which is very convenient for travelers exploring Japan. Despite the limited breakfast options and wifi issues, we would highly recommend Park Inn to anyone visiting Osaka. The excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities made our stay very enjoyable.

We were greeted by lovely staff of the hotel. We utilised our translator apps to help us communicate with them well. The service from them was excellent - hospitable, accommodating, helpful and 5 stars. They explained the policies, and amenities well. We were provided with adapter x1 and slippers upon request. The room was immaculately clean. Maybe just replenish water bottles everyday. Amenities are like for a 5 star hotel. Our quadruple room has nice amenities, toilet is separate from bath. There is also a divider that you can open and close to separate the room (containing the beds from your private toilet and bath). The refrigerator stunk a bit upon opening them, maybe because it wasn't use for a long time. The kettle took quite a long time to boil water. There are some usb plugs in the room, so that helped a lot as we didn't have Japan electrical adapters. The breakfast included in the price was good - they set our expectations by informing us ahead via description so no issues with this. They have different bread options, soup options, and juice / coffee / tea options. There is also the stellar YAKULT yogurt fridge. The hotel location is perfect - there are 7 Eleven, and Family Mart nearby, there is also the Bentencho Station about 5 mins walk from the hotel. The area is safe and also Koban police is nearby. The hotel is one of the excellent hotel that will bring you to Universal Studios with no fuss. I may have recommendations, but I will not give them any less than a 10 as this is indeed a wonderful stay for all 4 of us. Thank you so much Porta Inn Bentencho.

The hotel was very near the Bentencho train station. After finding the elevator, our travels through the station we're much easier. We asked for recommendations to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, and were happy to be directed to the Osaka Bay Hotel, which had numerous very nice restaurants, a supermarket, and a Daiso ¥100 store! From the Bentencho station, we were able to get to the Osaka Universal Studios, Osaka Aquarium, and large shopping areas. The room was very large, compared to rooms in Tokyo. There is a 7-11 on the ground floor of the hotel, a Family Mart 2 short blocks away, and a Lawson's convenience store also nearby! We stopped by every night on our way back to our room to buy breakfast items, like yummy soft boiled eggs!
